A good run, even with IT band problems slowing me to a fast walk from miles 25-31. I still managed to post my 2nd fastest time in my four runnings of this tough 50K.

Great race Jon. With that time you must have burned up the first part of the course.Are you running the Black Warrior 50k Feb 20? I'm taking a week off and then give it a try. I may not be able to run fast but I really want to run it.
