AM- 5.7 thru neighborhood and Oak Lea at a comfortable pace. The humidity has lessened so my wicking clothing is once again wicking. This afternoon we start the RAA with an easy 6-7 from AL/GA border to our hotel in Mentone.

I just realized my math on my countdown is off, that, and we've decided to run the firtst 6 miles from the AL/GA border to our hotel in Mentone on Tuesday afternoon, so Wednesday we can just rise and run instead of driving to the start.
